John is an absolute star. His knowledge, patience and hard-work on your behalf is to be commended. I have had the pleasure of using John over many years for several mortgages. Its so refreshing to talk to a real person when discussing all the ins and outs of your personal financial circumstances and John just gets it. My circumstances, at this time, havent been the most straightforward, John worked with me to get me in front of the right lender and the right product. Hes always positive and his friendly, yet still professional manner just puts you at ease when, lets face it, youre going through a complex and pretty stressful process. Thank you John! This is the third time I have used John and he never fails to amaze me. I contacted him yesterday for my buy to let mortgage and this morning I have received my mortgage offer (less than 24 hrs of making contact) He is so friendly, professional and a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend and looking forward to using John again.

I was recommended John Betts as my mortgage advisor and what a BIG mistake. I have been trying to buy a house since sept 2021 there is no chain so shouldnt take 7 months. John can talk the talk but when problems arise he disappears with no contact. He also recommended me to use toller's in Corby as my solicitor, Between them both I have lost 1000 in solicitors fees and still no house. After many months of stress and anxiety I have decided to go elsewhere and start the whole process again. AVOID using this service unless you want to waste money and time and end up with nothing but stress.

We have just had our second mortgage offer via John, although this time we were a more complex case (Self employed for only a year), not only has John found us a product but has also negotiated us through the process and kept us updated as things have progressed, and managed my own anxieties along the way! I felt comfortable to pick up the phone to John through our search for a new property to discuss potential LTV's and affordability so his service is far more than just the mortgage product itself. Previously John has aided us with a re-mortgage to a new provider as well a BTL product which we did not proceed with. With every transaction I have been extremely happy with the service and speed that John works with as well as the simplicity in communication. I have always been able to open up to John about financial transactions without fear of judgement which can feel like a hurdle in itself especially when so much is asked for during the purchase of a property. I highly recommend John and have done to many friends and family looking for a mortgage broker. Thank you John!
