Mu Mu

Ordered tonight at 8pm, its now 10 past 11 and still no sign of our food, the restaurant is closed and phone is not being answered. Ordered before in the past also which took 3 hours to come, after 2 hours I rang them and they said 10 minutes after 20 I rang back, was hung up on and then my number was blocked from calling the restaurant. I gave up on this restaurant from that moment however tonight my partner wanted something sweet and proceeded to order regardless of our previous experience and once again over 3 hours late and no means of communication now the restaurant is closed. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Well holy hell this was the worst food Ive ever put in my mouth. The biscoff brownie?! There was no biscoff, and the brownie?! It had zero flavour yet somehow made me feel nauseous from too much sugar after 2 mouth fulls and it genuinely felt like play-do! It was easily moulded into shapes and animals, the most joy I got from this food was making it into animals, the lotus blonde cookie dough made me GAG! It was liquid and yet raw?! Horrific, so expensive for such nasty food! Id never normally complain but this was so bad I have to warn other people!

Look at that. Ordered a brownie and cookie dough and it was the worst dessert I have ever had the misfortune of confronting. Cookie dough was genuinely just liquid and the brownie was so raw that I was able to mould it into a little dog as seen in the photo, so at least some enjoyment could be had from it.

Used to be really good, food is hours late and cannot get through to restaurant. Management is appalling. Left to delivery drivers to apologise, won't be using again.
