Staff were incredibly caring and understanding at a difficult time. Couldn't have asked for more.

Avoid at all costs. Detached unsympathetic staff who couldn't care less about animals; they always go for an easy option and don't hesitate to euthanize if pet has anything more complicated than a scratch. If you want to give your pet a fighting chance, take it elsewhere
