They have a website called surfdome from where I've ordered myself pairs of shoes for the first time address got little changed and I thought its my mistake but the parcel never shipped as it always shows in transit or processed down the package line. But for my craziness of buying vans in an fair price Ive ordered again and its still showing the same, in transit, processed down the package line. When we go for the return and refund they deduct money out of the amount weve paid, a legit scam we can say because no one has time, im writing this because im a young man on my own can not lose my hard earned money

Mixed feelings about this warehouse During the really hot days, they would provide the workers with cold drinks and snacks and overall, the working environment was alright If there were any problems at this place, it would come down to management. Sometimes when you've been at a warehouse for many years, supervisors/managers struggle to accept that different ways of working can benefit not only your workers, but the overall success of a fast-paced working environment The fastest way to derail a workplace Is the famous line "We've been doing it like this for years" Just because something has been done one way for so many years, doesn't mean there's no room for improvement This place does not encourage innovation, but It does pay the bills.....

The incompetence of this company and it's courier (DPD) is astounding! Ordered a jacket and paid 10 for next day delivery. They emailed to say DPD were delivering. I noticed the address on the invoice was wrong so phoned to change and was assured this was done Being a tad sceptical I checked to see if this was true....NO! I then changed the address myself so that it would be delivered to me...WRONG. Despite having received confirmation which I have screenshot, they tried to deliver to the wrong address then left a card and disappeared with my parcel. So I changed again quickly to collect at a pick up point...NOPE! They are now not delivering until tomorrow and I'm not sure where!! AS I said, INCOMPETENCE IS ASTOUNDING . WHERE IS MY GOODS AND WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE I DIDN'T RECEIVE?? Date of experience: 07 December 2022

They refused to return my order and they said that in case i wish to return then they would not refund me and they keep the product and the money.
