Wow... loving the new layout and feel of Lidl store kettering.. Definitely is my go to store and now it's even better.. Check it out.. 24th February... Still loving my shopping trips here. Shelves are well stocked with great produce. Great quality too. Back today 8th Dec 22 A disappointing visit today.. shopping was fine but staff attitude at the till was not acceptable. Very rude. Good shop today...

Appalling service this evening. A shop assistant I've never seen before decided it was far more important to be singing and supposedly arranging flowers (though she kept picking up the same bunch of flowers and putting it back in the same bucket) I unloaded my shopping on to the till and was then still waiting while the queue was growing behind me. She said that I was only waiting for a minute though that was actually nearer to or more than 5 mins. The Manager needed the protection of a security guard while I and another customer told him about the attitude of this assistant and just repeatedly said for me to calm down when I Was perfectly calm. Think it might be a very long time before I even consider shopping in this store again, never been a problem before and up till now I have been shopping here 3-4 times a week since the Covid pandemic started 3 years ago. Customer care severely lacking today. VERY disappointing, strongly suggest training on how to look after the customer is very much needed with these two members of staff
