Amazing customer service and delicious food

This place has massively gone downhill. I placed an order. They got 2/5 of my ice cream choices right. The rest were flavours I cannot stand and we're not even close to what I ordered. The waffle was soggy, undercooked and looked more like a pancake. Hardly any toppings and missing some extras we paid for. The bubble tea had about 10 pearls in total and was warm... No way to contact them once order has been placed. Or to make a complaint. I used to love ordering from this place. But after today. I can garrentee I'll never order from them again and would advice all others to go to other places which are cheaper and better.

I don't even want to give it 1 star, first time ordering and the waffle was undercooked and tasteless. The bubble tea was okay however way too much syrup and barely any boba. I defiently won't be ordering from here again and I advise others against ordering.
