North Northamptonshire Council - Kettering Area

What is happening with the maintenance of our green areas. It is quite shameful that it has got so messy. Where is the pride. The coming celebrations should of been factored into the maintenance programme.

I wonder about people making decisions at Nnc.stupidity beyond belief so resurface Rothwell road when there wasnt a problem with it in my view but Northampton road is falling to bits.then close Northampton road for bridge repairs but not much work happening and just for good measure allow a 3 way traffic lights on pytchley road at the same time creating absolute mayhem but then nothing surprises me with these dimwits no more.

I had a Council Tax query and called the Council Tax department on Monday (3/4/23), however, the automated message mentioned that due to the volume of calls you had to either call back when it was less busy or you had the option to leave your number for a call back, which I did as my query was not urgent. I received a call back the next day from Julie in Customer Services, impressive as it was nice and early. Julie was friendly, professional and very helpful and was able to resolve my query promptly. This is the second time I have used this option and I find it very efficient. The team obviously follow up on calls so I would recommend this option.
