Excellent service from a caring and responsible company. They immediately notified me of a short delay for delivery, which wasn't a problem for me. Delivery cost was quite expensive for one bathroom wash basin, but I guess this is due to high fuel prices. Very happy with the wash basin and the helpful, polite delivery man.

SHOCKING! Don't go near this company!!! They claim that there is no fault with this tap that the spout came off, after only 6 months use. They first accused us of purposely 'breaking it with force' and then came back and said that we must have 'removed the grub screw'. Instead of just replacing a clearly faulty product, they are making outrageous and unfounded allegations that the customer decided to purposely break a product and then go looking for a replacement. It's beyond ridiculous. We really wish we had read these reviews before going anywhere near them. UPDATE: Dear Louise, it is after 6 emails, over the last three weeks, to your colleagues Sarah and Jen and after a hostile and unhelpful phone call from Sarah today, who phoned to tell us that she would not be replacing this tap as she insisted that there is no fault with it, that we posted this review.
