One Stop

There is 1 staff at the moment who needs a training urgently!! If I see he is in the shop I don't go in and just go for shopping somewhere else but sometimes I just don't have time so I go in... Then his rudeness makes me feel very uncomfortable and upset. His attitude is terrible and has no manners. I have asked my fiancee because I thought maybe I just overreact the situation but he has the same experience with the same shop assistant. I know the employee's name as I checked on his badge but won't share in public. If management bothered about this they can contact me.

Always somehow over charging, I won't notice until I get home and add it up, but there's always a couple extra quid that gets added from nowhere

It is so difficult to understand how a loud mouthed anti customer person, is in charge of this shop. I have only ever seen the manager in her pyjamas and slippers while shopping. She certainly isn't a role model in my eyes.
