Industrial Site Maintenance

I spent a little time working for them in local branch. There are amazing people working there, ready to help and explain. Not many places I worked in have such a great team. Manager is very polite, caring, and 100% professional. I was given a lot of training and they were checking regularly if I remember it. It's good, trained staff is less likely to have accident. Although I decided to cut 1 star. There's lack of PPE, as for cleaning company where people work with chemicals it is bit of a shame that (sometimes) we had to wait for disposable gloves few hours or a day. Stock up on them guys, your workers need them. Apart from that, it's great place to work.

Hi to everyone...I had the following situation ...me from the agency began to work with people from the company and guess what ...from the 2 day the company collegue argued that i should know everything...her attitude was that of a manager even the managers do not behave like that...and in the end they took the decision to leave me without job...even there was needed.Conclusion :if you are not working on the company ISM they can play with human beings like with toys...Thanks...Keep to mention that i did not give names...and if someone will decide to change my opinion i am opened to listen.

I don't forget easily, joined them in 2015 as mobile cleaning operative. My first day was cleaning the directors car/management's cars and learning how to use a machine. Next day I was told to turn up at 4.30am at the office where I met with a current employee. We drove 2 1/2 hours to our first job, and then worked till 4 pm, drove 2 1/2 hrs back and went home. I was then told that travel time isn't paid, so I worked 14 1/2 hrs and only got paid for 8!! My mum had a medical emergency later that week and I had a phone call from the director Angus, didn't care what happened to my mum. Yelled at me saying "I told you you need to be flexible for this job, your sacked, drop your uniform off tomorrow" when I tried to explain about my mum he hung up the phone. If their culture hasn't changed since, then I wouldn't go near this place at all. No sympathy for emergencies, didn't even ask if she was ok. People like that shouldn't own companies let alone manage them. If theyve changed their stance on their treatment of employees since then good on them, if not they should be shut down.

Applied for a cleaning op position, forgot about it. Got a lovely interview with a lovely manager. And was offered the job a few days after. And quite frankly its a nice easy job and the company is great. The site manager has great people skills. Hes always supporting us and listening to our feedbacks. If were poorly or have a family emergency were always supported and told not to worry. They are very efficient with contracts pay and holidays. Never had an issue in nearly 3 months. And the client is also great. We work with great people. I said Id never go back to cleaning after years of doing it. But when you work for a good company with good people it can change the way you see things. Im defo an ISM person now and really proud of what we do here. Thank you so much for this opportunity
