Susie helped us with the purchase of a car. She was totally brilliant, helpful, thorough, patient and sincere. Our experience from the initial phone call through to the completion of the purchase was as everyone would hope for but sadly rarely happens. We had a personal video to show us the car where everything was explained in detail. It really was refreshing and reassuring, thank you Susie!

Excellent service from Evans Halshaw in Kettering. Having found the vehicle we wanted online, we travelled to collect on a convenient date, which we later learned was actually not a working day for our representative Ilmars, who had come in to work specifically to accommodate our needs. The car, paperwork and all finer details were ready and waiting for us, and the pick up process was enormously supportive to our needs as a young family with our dog and infant son after a two hour journey. Love the vehicle, and all aspects of service. Very much recommended.

Ilmars was fantastic. Was left to browse the cars without any pressure, polite and friendly nature. From the test drive to the purchase Ilmars was supportive and kept in touch with updates. Couldn't have asked for a better service.
