        E-Surv were instructed by our lender for a last minute valuation appraisal (Ealing). We were slightly apprehensive after reading several negative reviews but can't fault their service at all. The valuer was local to the area, very efficient and reasonable.

        Substantially devalued my house and resulted in the collapse of my house sale, and any serious buyers should avoid banks/broker who use them to do valuation.

        The surveyor came to my house a bit late and used no more than 5 minutes to finish her job without asking any questions. The valuation they gave is ridiculously low!
