        Spoke to the rudest man Ive ever encountered on the Accommodation concern number this morning. I made him aware that I just needed to be pointed in the direction of a solicitor. This man would not just do this he wanted to know deeper details. I told him how I feel suicidal due to the treatment I have received for 3+ years he completely undermined the situation and made me feel so pathetic. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. I made a second call to protect myself and request the first phone call. I was then made aware NO calls are recorded. When I asked for a copy to protect myself. I then made a third call then placed the phone on the sofa. In this call I was informed by the same rude male who turned out to be their manager, that their calls are in fact ALL recorded.
