5/10/22 Went to Richard Sanders today to purchase a second hand car. We were attended to By Kierran who went out of his way to ensure that all our questions test drive etc was carried out in a friendly and informative way. After driving and inspecting the vehicle, we informed Kierran that we would like to think about the veh overnight in order to come to an informed opinion. We returned to Sanders the next day 6/10 to iron out a deal which we did. Throughout the whole of the transaction not once did we feel under any pressure to close the deal. Everything was explained fully and all options concerning warranties, gap insurance etc were brought to our attention, with no attempt to coerce us into anything we did not want. We were given what I believe to be a very good trade in on our own veh. To summarise we felt that the whole experience was the best that we have come across in over 30yrs of car buying. We are picking our car up on return from holiday, once I have done so I will write another review on how the preparation and hand over went. Bob Deathridge.
