        I have been going to glover's since I was a child, my dad did the same. Cycle mad is now in place and the service here is excellent! I went to have my bike serviced just up the road from cycle mad.. and I was charged over 100 to have the back cassette replaced, they did a terrible job. Mark at cycle mad sorted everything out and now it's running beautifully.
