I've been twice here service is not great at all they dont greet customer the woman served me without even finishing with me started serving next customer didnt offer me bag. Very much rude. For Politeness I'll give zero. Cale is below expectations

Cakes look nice but have not taste. They are all the same. Just plain sponge with cream filling. Only the toppings are different. Found out cakes are not made on site and are delivered ad part of the franchise deal. All the cakes are to uniform and perfect to be made in store. Would I buy again. Not really!

Popped back in today to get a treat for me and my Grandaughter. The cakes are okay, they are a basic sponge either chocolate or vanilla, cream is standard its the bits on top that give a it its tasty treat. The only real down side is the customer service, I asked a question and was ignored, I felt that Id disturbed their day by entering the shop and felt rather uncomfortable. Shame. Looks like its back to the supermarket for these in the future and the extras myself.
