If I could have set zero stars I would have done so. Bought a new LG Oled tv last year. Had nothing but issues with it, was advised by LG that a part was in order last year before Xmas, integrated services will arrange to come and change it over (sound issues and date time problems like CMOS). Flickering picture etc. they turned up on Thursday while we were out, my son was home, they very lazily preset reset to factory in the remote and left, everything was in a mess. What a joke of a company. Im going back to LG Exec office, never let this amateur organisation near your property!

Allocated this company for a check on my Samsung Frame TV whereby the screen was slightly damaged. The chap who came round was extremely professional, putting shoe covers on (I didnt ask!) and inspected the tv set promptly, confirming as I thought it was a manufacturer defect. He explained the process and my options and was very professional in his manner. The lady on the phone who confirmed bookings and the admin side of things was also very friendly and professional. As it happens, I havent gone ahead with a repair but rather a replacement from Samsung which ISL were completely understanding of, not trying to push an answer out of me or persuade me to use their services (couldve had replacement screen). I was given time to contact Samsung and weigh up my options pressure free. I would highly recommend using them for any repairs or if allocated them by Samsung, youll have no worries about receiving great service.

GENERAL
I contacted Samsung with regards to an out of warranty repair and they advised that the company I should contact for my area is Integrated Services. I contacted the company on 10/10/2022 who advised that I send an email with the issue. So, on the same day I sent an email. Since I did not get a response by 19/10/2022, I called and the lady who answered asked me to send the email again, although she confirmed that one of the technicians had received it? After some time, I still did not get a response, so I called the company again where they lady promised I would get a response. On 20/10/2022, a chap called Morey replied to my email. Based on his response I decided to contact Samsung again, who confirmed that the problem was with the One Connect box of the TV and advised that I should go through Integrated Services to get a new motherboard or a replacement one-connect box. I send an email to Morey on the 19/11/2022 and until today he has still failed to respond. I contacted Samsung again and told them I needed an alternative repair centre and they advised that the one they had previously provided would be the only one for my designated area. It is a shame that a company that have a so-called monology to represent a company like Samsung behave in this unprofessional way. Very disappointed.
