    I booked an apartment here on 13/10/21 after being let down on the 13/10/21 for booking elsewhere for the 16/10/21. Money was taken out of my account despite the booking being cancelled 15 minutes after I had booked it. I tried to contact the apartment, but no response. I contacted booking.com who stated that it was cancelled for the same reason my previous apartment had been cancelled- a customer had destroyed the room. I went back onto my booking via booking.com to find that this had not been the case. My booking had been double booked, and a note stating that Autumn Heights had done this before. I may not have actually stayed at Autumn Heights but the customer service and the fact my booking was cancelled 15 minutes after I booked it, with no explanation until I looked into it, is a disgrace!
