Couldn't "finish" a house to save their lives. Poor sound insulation and poor fine detail finishing.

Good flat to live in, Probably one of the best. Nice rooms and nice and bright, Very comfy and felt like home. If you ever need a flat, this one is one of the nicest I've seen. Cleaners were very nice, had conversations with them, thanks for the help!

We have bought a property at autumn heights in ketley telford. We've only been here a little over a year but the number of complaints we have makes us doubt if this was really a new built. To make it worse customer service never see your complaint as emergency including a faulty boiler in winter and a faulty kitchen tap. We were once told to get water from the bathroom to cook because kitchen tap is not an emergency. Its happened again same tap not replaced flew out hit me, flooded the kitchen the person at the end of the phone apparently just woke up from sleep because ive had to repeat myself at least 3 times per statement she still doesn't understand what im trying to say that my tap is destroyed and I've been waiting one week for someone to come and replace. No one has even come to assess the fault talk less of repairing it. This is quite appalling.
