The food was great, but the service is very slow. We arrived at 8 pm for our meal. We were waiting around 30 minutes just for our drinks and around 1 hour and 30 minutes for our starters. Very understaffed. The good was lovely, so this made up for the slow service. They did knock off our drinks bill as an apology they couldn't have done any more than that, really.

*Shocking Service* Do not visit I visited this restaurant on Saturday 22nd April 2023 at 6pm. During the meal I used the toilet facilities and on my way back to the table, one of the waitresses was carrying too many dirty dishes back to the kitchen. The waitresses then proceeded to fall up the stairs dropping all of the dishes. As I walked down the stairs all of the greases from these dishes fell on me and my jacket. At the end of the meal the manager apologised for the grease on my jacket and offered no refund , it wasnt until we complained that 10.00 was taken off the bill to take the jacket to the laundrette. I am currently waiting on a response to my complaint email, after the wash the grease hasnt came out of my Ralph Lauren jacket which cost 115.00. The jacket which was purchased last week is now ruined. Through no fault of my own I have entered the restaurant and had food thrown on me and had to deal with a manager who wasnt helpful at all in sorting the problem the excuse I was told , was the waitress was only 15. I am waiting for confirmation I will get the cost of the jacket fully refunded.
