        Went in to browse a few bits of kit. Came out with a Sonder Broken Road mtb! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just really genuine. Quality gear, excellent customer service and an all round really ethical company. Always a pleasure to shop in any of their stores

        Dropped off some gear that needed repairing. Went mtbiking. They were able to fix my stuff so I could take it home with me on the same day! Amazing service and fabulous repair work :)

        Incredible job patching my almost new jacket. I stupidly gouged a massive rip into it when I leaned against a pebbled dashed wall. I genuinely can't believe how good the repair is, it's incredibly neat with perfect machine stitching. Thank you SO much.
