We purchased 2 beds for our new house. The customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They stored the beds until we completed and delivered on the day we were given the keys, arriving on time as promised. Everyones experiences are different but I cannot think of anything they could have done better. Thank you and we will be back highly recommended.

The guys at Floor Choice were a pleasure to deal with. Not only were they super friendly and personable, but they also advised and delivered with a prompt, efficient, professional and friendly service! Would definitely recommend whole heartedly! They were recommended to me and I can see why because of my own personal experience dealing with the company. I've spoken to many who recommend them also as the go to in Keswick.

Very disappointed with costumer service I Keswick floor choice. Man was rude when I was asking help, he hurt me personal as well. Never going back. He refuse to put floor in my kitchen. Anett Szkaszko
