        I'm still dreaming about our wonderful trip to the Lake District, Keswick and our marvelous hosts at the Briar Rigg House. Conveniently located within walking distance to the town of Keswick, and in striking distance to all of the wondrous sites of the Lake District, Briar Rigg House makes you feel like a guest in someone's home, rather than a hotel visitor. Your hostess, Fiona, is an extraordinary chef and she serves up delicious breakfasts along with maps and recommended hikes. Your room is in a wing of the house, with your own living room, television, a breakfast nook and garden access when the weather is nice. We can't wait for our next visit!
