Hillcrest Guest House

We stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better experience! The breakfast everyday was above and beyond our expectations, the hosts are so wonderful! The views from the house are the best in the city and you are walking distance to everything. Really above and beyond our expectations and made for such a wonderful experience in Keswick!

Rooms: Clean, light and airy. I had a lake and mountain view on my first night and on my return, a town and mountain view. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. A lovely touch was to have fresh milk in a flask instead of those fiddly little uht cartons. Safety: As a lone traveller, I felt safe and cared for at Hillcrest22. Noteworthy details: Clean, uncluttered rooms with a light airy feel throughout. I got a warm, friendly welcome. Breakfast is cooked to order. It is well presented and tasty. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't wake up with aches afer a long walk. Hillcrest22 is a quality place to stay. I look forward to returning. Thank you!

Rooms: Beautiful decor, very clean, good coffee/tea/biscuits, replenished daily, beautiful en suite, lovely products. Walkability: Very close to town centre. Bottom of the road turn left to town or turn right to water.

The Hillcrest was recommended to me, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. You could honestly believe you are the first person o stay here. The whole place is immaculate! Every area is absolutely spotless. The owners could not have been more accommodating or helpful. They catered for my wife's gluten and dairy free needs without hesitation or fuss. My cooked breakfast was excellent. And to this it's great location two minutes from Keswick town, and you've got everything you could possibly be looking for. Don't hesitate, book a stay and experience one of the best stays you could imagine.
