Excellent location 2 min to the village, lovely and clean, Paul was very helpful. Breakfast was great, lovely selection, even the little things make a big difference, due to me being unwell Paul was accommodating in making me hot water with fresh lemon and honey, We had to leave after 1 night due to me being unwell even the staff on in the evening when carried my belongings to the car very grateful. We are sorry we had to leave cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend. Thank you Paul and staff x

The room had a nice view of the surrounding mountain range. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The overall cleanliness and neatness of the guest house was really good. Free parking at the back of the building. Full English breakfast and cereal options were available. Food was delicious and had the freedom to select from various items. Paul(host)was so welcoming and friendly.

Great location, great view from the rear bedroom window, comfy bed and one of the most delicious cooked breakfasts I've ever had - and I've stayed in dozens of B&B's in Keswick! You get to choose the day before what you would like. Friendly host. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would would definitely come again.
