        What a great hotel! We booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The location of the hotel was perfect for the centre of Keswick and the Derwent water. The room was great and the view amazing (room 5). The breakfast was lovely again with excellent service.

        Rooms: Small, great View from some Rooms. The shower head is fixed. Double tap. Everythong is clean. Nearby activities: Near the Lake. Friars crag. Town center. Castlerigg stone circle. Walkability: Easy to "reach" what you want, especially the Famous Places. Food & drinks: Amazing breakfast, the Coffee was strong so the Shugar must to be used.
