I have a finger laceration & broken bone. I was sent from Cockermouth to Keswick for an X-ray & dressing. The staff there are amazing, not only knowledgeable & efficient but extremely caring. I felt very well looked after

Excellent facility. Took my son there on the advice of 111 after he developed an ear infection whilst we were here on holiday. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful to everyone there. Thank you!

I had to attend Keswick Community Hospital on Sunday 05:03:23 nneding help. I cannot praise the receptionist I saw that afternoon enough. There was nobody at the hospital who could help me so she phined Penrith Hospital for me to see if a Doctor there could sort me out but they couldn't. The receptionist then gave me printed instruction's to get me to Carlisle A & E the nest day. This is possibly the fourth time we have had to use this wonderful little Hospital whilst on holiday in Keswick and cannot praise them highly enough. All staff are friendly, courtious, reassuring and so very helpful. when my husband broke his ankle a few year's ago part of his consultation was done by a Nurse with a zoom face to face call to Carlislw A & E. The wonder's of modern technology.

I was a patient for about 2 weeks for rehab having been in the Cumberland Infirmary with 5 broken ribs. The nursing care was superb on the whole The nurses and hcas have a lovely attitude They are kind and nothing is too much trouble I only had issue with one bank hca who was rude and abrupt . She didn't seem to be I'm the right job not she didnt spoil my experience. The food was all cooked onsite and was delicious and lots of variety The ward was super clean . Cleaners were fastidious and very friendly and kind Physio and ot staff were great andpm the ball They involved me on every aspect of my rehab. And were also a delight It sounds mad to reccomend s hospital but I would reccomend Keswick community hospital. Ypure surrounded by fells including Skiddaw and Cat Bells It was like being in a posh sanitarium in the Alps. 5* service and care
