Beautiful and fully accessible miles without stiles walk. Lovely scenery over the bridges and information points telling you about the tunnels and area. Lots of different access points, distance markers along the way and if youre able to you can walk down to the rivers too (this part isnt accessible). Google maps doesnt take you to the route - Apple Maps does though! You can park in the old station car park or on the road around the corner from there.

A fantastic flat trail for all As someone whos recently started trying to lose weight, Ive taken up walking and challenged myself to do this 10K out and back trail as Id read it was good for all abilities due to its smooth surface and small gradients. The views you have on this trail are fantastic, from flowing rivers to rolling fields and mountains - especially if you have a nice sunny day for it like I had. As mentioned earlier, this whole walking thing is new to me and I managed to do this 6 mile walk - granted I have sore legs and feet now but thats on me not being used to such movement! Id recommend this walk to anyone looking to get a nice bit of fresh air without the massive challenges that the local mountain hikes can throw at you. Parking: Plenty of paid parking with free limited on-street parking if youre lucky enough to find a space!
