The Rowan Tree Guest House

Had a lovely ten nights stay early Autumn. Conveniently located, just 5 mins walks from all shops and restaurants. Anne and Paul were very accommodating. Nice options for breakfasts, but Paul does a very good cooked English breakfast (and cupcakes, too). Room was cosy and clean. I imagine the on-street parking can be a little hit and miss during peak holiday periods, but didn't have any problems finding a space during my visit. Would be very happy to stay there again in the the future.

Great little B&B, so close to town but far enough that you have no noise if you need a break. Host was so friendly and helpful. Stayed here two nights and was very clean. Breakfast is the best you will ever get in a B&B - fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, tea/coffee and a full English made how you want - you will not go hungry! Cannot fault it at all! Will 100% be looking to get booked in here for the next trip to Keswick!
