Rooms: Our room was lovely and spacious. No traffic noise. Very comfortable. Nearby activities: Many walks and hikes nearby. Beautiful scenery. Walkability: Town centre is a short walk away (about 4 minutes). Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Absolutely perfect guest house. Brilliant location, well appointed, quiet, great views, lovely atmosphere, very nice hosts and what impressed me the most was the cleanliness. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, Ive never stayed anywhere so clean. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and plentiful. On the second floor there is a bookcase full of books to borrow and a selection of board games (for those rainy days). Parking was easy, and free. I loved it so much I immediately booked to go back.

Had an absolutely amazing stay with Tracey and Andy. They are incredibly great hosts and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Great rooms, delicious breakfast and fantastic location in the middle of Keswick. Highly recommended!

Rooms: Excellent. The only thing I can think of which would improve is a little fridge on a shelf for fresh milk and water. Nearby activities: Theatre around the world in 80 days. Fantastic Safety: Very cosy room with key to front door and bedroom Walkability: Managed 3 wainwrights but will be back as 15 in and around the Keswick area Food & drinks: Excellent restaurants pubs cafes. Spoilt for choice Noteworthy details: Near all amenities theatre shops
