        The staff have clearly not been trained in customer service and were not helpful or polite. It was an unpleasant experience trying to give them money. Theres a reason to support local bike shops, but not if they cant get the basics right.

        Great friendly service from the young chap in the workshop on Thursday, the 4th of August 2022. Popped in as I had a problem with the derailer which he managed to fix in two minutes. Many thanks for a great experience and no charge
