Excellent. The new guys who own this place are superb hosts. The breakfast is amongst the best in the business. Will be returning when in Keswick ps small TV in room Update we went back. Still got small TVs

I am not going to repeat a single thing mentioned by previous review. Ive been to lots of B&B s, this one is absolutely top notch. From the beginning, the host made us feel like home. There are only three rooms in this beautiful lodge, during our stay other two rooms were occupied by two couples who were nice and polite, this place is as quiet as we are only guest here, my sister finished her thesis in the room -Recommendations: host shared great recommendations about trip planning, but they respect guests own interests as well. In the room there are detailed information in the guide book, including menus from nearby restaurants and some discount vouchers, for restaurants and for activities. - Clean and Quietness: this neighborhood is tranquil and serene. Yet it is close to everything, what you can hear outside is only the ring of church bell. Room is cleaned everyday, I didnt touch any dust, even on the edge of the window. -Comfortness: I noticed the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is beyond expectationthey even made veggie sausages delicious, cant believe that. -Details: You have everything you need in the room. Water boiler, all kinds of tea bags(including matcha), hot chocolate, homemade shortbread(which made me break my weight losing plan), hairdryer, and they provide ironing and iron board if required! I will write more on bookings website, and will definitely return and book for my parents holidays as well. All in all, thank you Paul and Viri, I had been to lots of great B&Bs but yours is absolutely different in a good way, impressive and inspiring. After my stay I will learn this spirit and apply it to my own life.
