        This b&b has a 10 in its address and also a 10 out of 10 from me as I wouldn't hesitate to stay here if I were to stay in Keswick again. Location is only a few mins walk from all the pubs and shops in the centre of Keswick + No 10 has off street parking round the back of the building. Kerry the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable on the area and will happily give u recommendations on where to go for a day out even just somewhere local for a meal or drink. The breakfast Kerry serves u in here defo sets u up for the day ahead as its that good you'll b wanting seconds if u have any room left after the truly delicious 1st serving. I was down here on my birthday with my other half and on the morning of our leaving, Kerry surprised me with a birthday card and little gift, she really is a 1 of a kind host.
