        Had an excellent stay. Room was lovely with large king size bed. Very clean and plenty of clean towels, and free toiletries. Also plenty of tea, coffee and milk available in room. The hosts Wayne and Allison are both very friendly and cant do enough for you. The Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It was our first time staying at this B&B . We liked it that much we have booked to go again in August. Also the location couldnt be better! The centre of Keswick is literally only 10 minutes away! Highly recommended!

        Such a super B&B. The location is really handy for a quick walk into town which is nice, and the street is quite quiet. The rooms are lovely, very few B&B's have such large double beds, which was a nice surprise. Wayne and Alison are great hosts too, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extensive, with plenty of options and variety. I will definitely stay here again.
