Goodwin House

Goodwin Guest House is a great choice for staying in Keswick. Liz & Chris were fantastic hosts, friendly and very considerate of dietary requirements at breakfast. Lovely homemade cake greeted us on our return each day. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of food, serving classic English breakfast choices. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom in ours was quite small but obviously this is the nature of staying in a traditional guest house that has been there for many years. Just be aware & if you want a bigger bathroom maybe go for one of the more expensive rooms. Thanks a million, Jonny & Lisa.

Rooms: Lovely decorated room with mountain views .New sparkling clean ensuite shower room .Large comfy bed also a small table and 2 chairs .Plenty of storage /hangers Walkability: Easy 5 minute walk into the town with all the bars,shops and restraunts. Also near to the Lake and lots of walks straight ftom the front door Food & drinks: Very good breakfast with plenty of choice Noteworthy details: Would definitely reccomend and hope to visit again if we're back in Keswick
