        On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome from Lorraine & Simon, made to feel at home for the whole of our stay, always happy to chat and we even met & chatted to extended family.Our room was immaculately clean.Breakfast was very good, catering for all tastes, and there was plenty of it!!Little touches like a piece of cake left in reception for us to enjoy, was very sweet.Located only a short distance from Keswick town & other attractions. Highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you both x
