Absolutely appalling service with attitude. Been there for over 10 years for my daily medication. The manager decided that he would not sell it to me and to buy off the shelf which was 4 times the price for a third of the amount. Think they prefer profit to actually helping. Went to Cohen's Pharmacy in Keswick, no problem at all, friendly and polite and they gave me my medication required

Came to Keswick for a holiday but forgot my prescription medication but this was no problem as the pharmacist was able to access my NHS record, issue a prescription and supply me with the necessary medication. Phew!
