The Leas Beach Park

This is a wonderful small caravan site, personally run with just nine static caravans. The owner lives on site and nothing is too much trouble. Dogs are welcome in most caravans at no extra cost. Some caravans are kept dog free for those with allergies. All the caravans are well fitted out and maintained. Heating is included and there is a free to use onsite laundry. There is an electric vehicle Type 2 charging point for use at cost. The beach is 'on the doorstep' and from May to September there is a dog free area which extends short distances in both directions. There are many walks in the vicinity, on and off the beach, which are well described in the helpful booklet in each caravan. Nearby is a village supermarket, an excellent fish & chip shop, a Chinese takeaway and a couple of cafs. For a quiet self-catering beach holiday and exploring North and East Norfolk you cant ask for more.

Edit October 2022. Just as good as ever! Updated caravans, fabulous place! Wonderful small caravan site, only a few yards from a lovely clean beach. Lovely welcome on arrival, and reasonably priced. Makes a nice change from big commercial sites. Will certainly return!
