        Fantastic customer service, very helpful. Volunteered to set an Iridium extreme up in preparation for a university field trip. The SIM card was faulty, phoned GComm. Mark Seton was incredibly helpful, arranged for a courier to come and collect the phone and leave a replacement. The problem turned out to be a faulty SIM card, they sorted the problem in time for us to be able to use it on the trip. Would recommend to all. Cheers from Liverpool

        Appalling Service. From the moment I mentioned "repair under warranty" got the passive/aggressive treatment. Didn't listen, didn't inspect unit properly, and misleading statements. A very rude man: "the trouble is you come in here wanting things fixed for free," "I'm not going to talk about it," and when I complained about the poor service "...you wouldn't say that if we were outside." Yes, G-Comm challenged me to a fight. I had to contact manufacturer to get this resolved. Google "G-Comm shady salesman" - why do G-Comm customers have to go directly to manufacturer to find out if G-Comm is telling the truth?
