        The service is terrible. The bus is either late, or doesn't turn up at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them

        Complete rip off you'd be better finding the nicest most expensive car park city centre park all day and still wouldn't cost u alot more..I did used to rate this service but far to much money bus travel 2 miles costing 7.40

        They've changed the route of the Harford Park & Ride which means you're now stuck in traffic jams on the A47 for half an hour!!! It took 40 minutes to get to the city when it use to only take 15 minutes. I will now park in the city as its quicker. Terrible service - avoid at all costs!

        We were virtually at the door of the bus just now, the driver would have seen us in the mirror, but chose to drive off rather than letting us board. Not impressed!
