With this not being out first park dean park or any park stay this year, this location only gets 3 stars. The caravan we has was the eagle caravan. Very spacious, double the standard size with full bath and en - suite too. Unfortunately the freezer was not working but there was no info about this anywhere. It looked like it was fine but after two days we realised all of our frozen food was gone! There was a random freestanding fridge freezer in the living space but we only realised why it was there after that accident. I wish the place was providing a small amount of dishwasher tables and even laundry tables. It ba a nice touch! Activities, well the pool if prebook Ed for the weeks ahead. Book it as soon as you book your stay. Good they do walking. Same this with paid kids activities, so had to get any if you booking on the day. Facilities, well some could do with a bit of updating. And if you have a dog, these are not allowed at restaurants. And the site doing do gates iwhr your declining, so get a stair gate with you if you are brining your dog. I recommend the beach fish and chip shop in Kessingland out side of the resort. Amazing fish at great prices.
