I have had a badly infected big toe for two weeks now Did initially treat it myself but a week ago decided it needed antibiotics to help clear it. Tried to get an appointment twice last week and was told emergencies only and was advised to phone again today Monday 6thbut again was advised emergencies only I wonder if I tell them Im in danger of developing Sepsis.they might just see me. Im not one who visits the surgery uneccessarily. But this is a bit ridiculous Dont you think If I went to A&E they would point me to my GP and I dont really want to burden them at this time Ive have a feeling that I may lose my toe before I lose my teeth due to not being able to see a dentist either

Dear Practice Manager, I just wanted to write and say thank you for all the care that you have provided to my wife Rachel and myself. I have been under the care of Dr Parker the last few times Ive been poorly. What a professional, thorough and caring young man he is. An asset to the surgery. He has an outstanding bed side manner and will go far. Likewise experiences with the surgeries other Drs and Nurses, Wangford Surgery have all been positive experiences. I just wanted to put this in writing as you never receive the amount of recognition you truly deserve. Thank you Nicky & Rachel
