The Bay Horse

Went for a family dinner and it was amazing. Food was all homemade and definitely better than average. The drinks were also great. Had asked for a gin and tonic to find they had 14 different gins available and a great selection of tonic waters. Highly recommend this place.

Service great, food delicious. The pie was positively perfect. Chips weren' t quite as crisp as I like but that's personal pref. Pudding amazing. Thank you!

Nice little pub but way overpriced drinks. Food bog standard pub menu no light choices / sandwiches or wraps for lunch only main meals.

Arrived here with family for some pub food, only to be told quite rudely after ordering drinks that food was unavailable because they were too busy. It was 2pm on a Friday afternoon and there were only 3 other tables with people in and those tables had all got food, there was no indication that food was unavailable when we arrived. We asked if there was anywhere else to go nearby to which he told us the closest pub but said that the food at this other pub wasnt as good as theirs. Such a strange thing to say to customers you are unable to serve. Would not come back here again or recommend that others go either.
