My family used to use this pharmacy when it was under the "kubri" brand - the management were so pleasant and we went there a lot. Recently my mother went to let them know not to send a repeat prescription on a certain day because no one will be home and it will be a wasted trip. This seemed to trigger management and she got an entire lecture on how it's a "complimentary" service and unacceptable things were said all because we didn't want them to have a wasted trip. We will be switching pharmacies - clearly they don't want regular custom.
