Absolute disgrace of a 'company' these criminals have not refunded nor responded to my multiple emails on requesting a refund. We are 1200 out of pocket for almost 5 months now and counting. We have allegedly been put on a priority list - but never hear back and no word on refund. These crooks want to charge an extortionate 75 per person for ridiculous admin charges despite us waiting a ridiculous time to hear back / receive a refund.
