Very pathetic !! From Renters View : Very Pathetic, may be 1 Star From Home Owner's View : Very Nice After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them. Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything. However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me. I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides. I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !! The issues with the apartment continues though... it's been three months now ...
