        They withheld the release of funds for our purchase, until we first paid them extortionate fees for sending 5 emails - what is worse is that they were the ones who offered to send those 5 emails to the seller's solicitors, but failed to reveal to us that it would cost dearly! Linklaw added to confusion and delay... So unprofessional. Rubbish. They also don't pick up their phones. They go home after 11am.
