I have always found all staff at Kenton Bridge Medical Centre helpful even during our pandemic. I've been with this surgery for over 30 years and they have always shown duty of care. I thank you for your service and support.

Was waiting for 45 mints over the phone and they didnt get though from any appointment and said to me we r closing for taking appointments very very bad SHAM ON SERVICE

TOO LONG a message about covid and no-one to speak to. Also all GPs should be putting an email address online so services can send documents etc. I needed the email address to send a change of prescription but now I have to listen to the whole COVID message again before the line cuts off or if I am lucky someone will be free to answer the phone
