Unsafe lots of shop lifters was broken bottle on the floor they could improve with better management.right now no regards for customers Tesco is much better

Ladies manger was too rude She dont want to listen to customer I did not like watch which I brought and went to exchange next day .. it was just open .. I didnt not use it she said she cant exchange because box is open. She dont have quality of management. With out open box how customers knows how is item. Rude staff

Argos worked called Naz who is a rude, unprofessional and bitter woman. Made a simple refund process into a difficult and patronising experiences.

maybe one lady had it, but what if the manager leaves without a phone, you have to look for it all over the store and in the end it won't do it anyway. just waiting for the manager about 30 minutes
