Exactly like the other lady who left a review, disgusting service after purchasing a 195 jacket which I was told how amazing it looked yet it was far too big under the arms so when i got home tried on and took back and as i live in Plymouth it's a 90 mile round trip, I was told that I would of been advised of the policy when buying which I was not , I feel conned and am going to issue a county court judgment against them I'm not being conned and nor should others it's disgraceful behaviour , they said the staff on that day said they thought I was very happy with my jacket so didn't see the need to tell me , what an earth are they running here a joke shop. stay away from this place.

Hi a word of warning make sure you understand the returns policy of this outlet as my parents both in late 80s had an awful experience which I would hate others to go through. Briefly they were not informed of the returns policy and being of a certain age thought they could return an item which didnt fit their sofa. They went back the next day to return the item and were told a credit note was the only option. This was a special treat and they would have preferred cash. They received awful treatment and were clearly shaken when they returned home. Word of caution... be careful!
